Help at the Library

We’re here to help with general technology needs and questions! Schedule a one on one appointment with a library staff member for help with things like basic computer skills, job searching, help with apps on your tablet or smartphone, and more. Call us at 412-882-5694 to fill out a form over the phone, or stop by to fill out a form in person. A staff member will contact you within one week to schedule your appointment.

The Public Library Association‘s site, DigitalLearn.org, is an Institute of Museum and Library Services grant-funded project to create an online hub for digital literacy support and training.

PA Online Learning (nicheacademy.com) offers tutorials from the State Library of Pennsylvania.
